Sauna & Steam Bath

Celebrity Fitness @ 1 U

We get their free trial pass for 7 days.

Seriously, we only aim for their sauna and steam bath. *giggle*

Last time we have joined one month membership in Fitness first.

Fitness First have a whole range of drinks to choose from free,

unlike Celebrity Fitness where you have to pay for the drinks.

Besides that, once u register as member in Fitness First,

they will give you a member card.

You have to slot in the card in the locker,

so that u can take the key and lock the locker.

it looks like hotel .

While Celebrity Fitness does not provide pad lock.

So you need to bring your own one to lock ur belongings in ur locker.

Fitness First does not provide towel service.

Celebrity Fitness score for the free complimentary towel service.

Well done.

So, i don't need bring extra towel for sauna.

Steam bath is similar to sauna,

which is kept at an even temperature and filled with mist.

Regular use of a steam room can possibly

improve ur health and appearance.

Heavy sweating cleanses your skin more thoroughly than soap and water.

Because it opens your pores,

allows deep-seated grime (yuck) and dead cells to be flushed out.

This is one reason steam baths can be helpful

for acne treatment and some other skin conditions.

I need to exercise although i am skinny
I need to exercise.. for health reason

it was a tired day
as I couldn't sleep for whole night.
Perhaps i was too excited
After having dim sum as our breakfast, we head our way to Shah Alam.
entrance fee is only rm3 and cycling is rm5 for first 3 hours ( i think)

Once it listens rock song, it will dance and shout.
it did say hello to us.

i wonder how they kayak in the pond.
the pond is full of lotus.

discovered something new....
Cindy has been there for few times.
this is the 1st time we know there is a swimming pool in tmn pertanian.

She was sick.

Cycling on slopes is energy draining.
We were exhausted.

那时候，我连洗脸都会痛，会流血。
姐姐说过，如果她是我，她一定整天躲在家。不敢出街。
哈哈。。 因为我还整天跑出去吓人。
那时蛮自卑的

舅母介绍我去看中医
他们会根据你的体质

完全独一无二。
每天晚上，我都很勤力地煲药喝。
大概三个月后，明显地看到效果。
这些中药真的很好。
现在我吃什么煎炸食物，熬夜，
我的脸都都不会生青春痘了。
我没有特别照顾，

不然，下个月我的脸又会很糟糕。

i find that i have addicted to their food and the ambience.
i think i am mostly influenced by Sharon Bee. lolz..

Both of us have ordered hot honey lemon.
someone is 'fa hiao'
he suddenly changed his taste.
he said hot drink is more healthy.
but in the end, he's wanted some ice cube. =D

Believe me.. u cant finish it by yourself.
Their desserts are always good for sharing.

Again.. i never expected
it's such a big portion

As we cant finish our wedges, we packed back home.

I don't really like lamb, so i just tasted a little bit.

**Coconut Sorbet**
Each of the sorbet was priced at rm9.90
they used an empty coconut shell and topped it with coconut ice cream
it's quite creative to serve ice cream by using fruit theme.
do try it.

After few weeks, i went there again with my shopping kaki -- Shirlyne & Rita
From 12-3pm on weekdays, they offer set lunch.
We arrived there around 3.05 pm
and luckily they still allowed us to order set lunch.

They've a variety of sorbets
That day i ordered an Orange Sorbet.
It tasted like orange + lemon.

Bluetooth

That day after class, we followed Uncle Yu went to Lowyat.

Since my laptop dun have bluetooth.

It is inconvenient for me to transfer photos in my hp.

Thus, i bought a new bluetooth there.

With this new bluetooth, i can upload new photos more often. *wink*
